...unless you actually get turned on by the thought of being aggravated beyond belief in the months and weeks before your wedding. Service is atrocious, indifferent, incompetent. Even the owner, who I had to turn to b/c the floor workers couldn't get it right, showed absolutely no remorse or concern for my issues. She promised to get back to me after 'investigating' and never did. I only had 2 bridesmaids, and both were treated miserably (ie, owed money that was never refunded (rush fees are meaningless--dresses still come late), calls went unanswered, and dresses came late/wrong). The fact that they are affiliated with Saks Fifth Avenue is ASTOUNDING. Saks should think twice about this, before they jeopardize their own good reputation. If you are of that old-fashioned belief that wedding boutiques should exist to make the bride's life a little easier, think twice, even three times about going here. It simply isn't worth the aggravation.
